We are supporting a fast-growing international company in the online gambling & casino space. With 50+ employees and operations across multiple locations, the company is entering a new phase of strategic growth and is looking to reinforce its leadership team by hiring a highly operational and experienced COO.
🧭 Your Mission
As COO, you will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of day-to-day operations across all business units. Your mission will be to structure, optimize, and scale all operational processes while acting as a key sparring partner to the leadership team.
You will oversee multiple departments including CRM, Customer Support, Payments, Fraud, and Affiliates, while leading transversal projects such as new brand launches and platform revamps.
⚙️ Main Responsibilities
- Lead, structure, and optimize all operational teams and processes.
- Manage and mentor the Heads of Departments (CRM, CS, Payments, etc.).
- Drive operational performance through clear KPIs and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure roadmap delivery.
- Establish scalable processes to support company growth.
- Ensure alignment between tech, marketing, product, and support functions.
- Act as an internal "conductor", capable of keeping multiple teams focused and accountable.
✅ Profile & Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the online gambling / iGaming industry.
- Proven track record in operational leadership across multiple domains (customer support, payments, fraud, affiliates, etc.).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects in a scaling environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills – able to bring structure and visibility.
- Charismatic leader capable of asserting themselves with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach, able to dive into operational details when needed.
- Fluent in English. French is a plus but not mandatory.
