They're initial brand is optimized for busy bigger guys who want a no-nonsense solution to getting healthier, and the newer brand is built for strong women in their prime who want a sustainable solution to feel their best. They use affordable, effective weight loss medication to solve their customers’ most pressing healthcare need, then aim to remain their core healthcare provider for the rest of their life — expanding to hormonal health, mental health, longevity, and primary care.
GLP-1 medications are a major development. They're in a remarkable and rapid period of change which will radically reshape the patient and cash flows in the healthcare system. Their mission is to accelerate the global take-up of GLP-1 medications among busy families to help solve obesity worldwide. From this, they aim to become the world’s leading consumer healthcare brand.
They’ve grown >1000x since Aug 2021, >200x since Aug 2022, >20x since Aug 2023. They have just surpassed $XXM ARR. As a company, they have been cashflow positive for the last 21 months. They are fast approaching XX,XXX active subscribers with high NPS. Almost all of this growth has so far been through their initial brand. The newer brand is still very new and the Head of Paid Media’s job will be to make it soar. They are a young startup and are just getting started. This is still Day 1 and all their work is ahead of them.

As Head of Paid Media, the candidate will command their entire paid acquisition strategy, wielding a $2M+ monthly Meta budget and comprehensive Google Ads arsenal to drive their ambitious growth targets. This isn't just another marketing role—the Head of Paid Media will be a key strategic voice in their leadership team, directly influencing company-wide decisions that will help them reach their mission of serving 10 million customers by 2028.
