Role: Product Lead

Location: San Francisco (On-Site)

Compensation: $150-230k (plus equity and bonus)


Our client is building autonomous digital workers that handle routine work end-to-end, freeing humans to focus on what they do best—creating, innovating, and building meaningful relationships. They are one of the world’s fastest growing companies in the artificial intelligence space. They have achieved a 20x increase in ARR and raised $75M+ from leading investors including a16z and Benchmark. Their team works in-person in their San Francisco office.


Position Overview:

They need a relentless product manager with a proven track record. Your mission: create and implement a scalable strategy for one of our products. As a key team member, you’ll develop and execute a bold product strategy aligned with our aggressive business goals.


You will create a high-impact product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the product development process efficiently from ideation to launch. You’ll conduct thorough user research, gather customer feedback, and utilize data to make informed decisions. Working hand in hand with their leadership team, CEO, Engineering, and Sales, you will innovate and directly own the product efforts for a product line from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement a bold product strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear, high-impact product roadmap
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to execute product initiatives
  • Customer Focus: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
  • Product Development: Lead the development process efficiently from ideation to launch
  • Metrics and Optimization: Define key metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years in product management with experience working in high growth startups.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills in driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Customer-Centric: Strong understanding of customer needs and user research Analytical: Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial: Passionate about building impactful products in a fast-paced environment
