Role Details:

• Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices

• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare weekly check runs

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of AP experience (engineering or construction industry preferred)
• Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Deltek, QuickBooks, or Viewpoint)
• Accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication skills
