Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Degree in Civil Engineering (MSCE, preferred) from an accredited institution with an emphasis in Geotechnical
• Professional Engineer Certification
• 6+years of work experience in the Geotechnical field from inception to completion
• Preparing subsurface exploration and associated cost estimates on a diverse projects
• Preparing established drilling program on executed proposals.
• Analyze and coordinate soil/rock samples and prepare boring logs in Gint or similar software
• Analysis of findings, assessment and design of shallow and deep foundations, retraining walls, pavements/roadways, soil/slope etc.
• Preparing Subsurface Exploration Report
• When study transitions into the construction stage, project management will continue as needed
• Good written and oral skills including communications with the client management
• Attend kick-off meetings and perform field inspection and testing services as needed
