Sr. Water/Wastewater Engineer /Project Manager

Our top tier client in Texas is looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in planning, design, and project management for water, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure projects.


As a key player in our dynamic team, get ready to:

  • Inspire and lead junior staff, channeling their potential to create awe-inspiring designs and plans.
  • Dive headfirst into civil engineering planning and analysis, leaving no stone unturned in your meticulous detailing and plan set production.
  • Showcase your exceptional project management prowess, expertly managing tasks, budgets, and schedules while forging unbreakable client relationships.
  • Cultivate and mentor the next generation of exceptional professionals, while collaborating on a diverse range of public infrastructure projects.


You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, proving your commitment to the field.
  • Texas PE license or the drive to obtain one within 6 months of joining our extraordinary team.
  • Extensive experience in municipal infrastructure, demonstrating your mastery of water and wastewater pipelines, storage tanks, and pump station project planning, detailed design, and construction administration.
  • Proven expertise (3 or more years) in project management and client service, with a history of successfully controlling budgets and schedules.



While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will catapult you to the front of the pack:

  • Experience working with diverse municipalities and delivering awe-inspiring Council/Board presentations that leave a lasting impact.
  • A track record of crafting compelling Statements of Qualifications and engaging in dynamic sales activities that seal the deal.
