Senior Accounts Payable Admin – Design-Build Contractor | High-Volume Contract (Baltimore)

A large, regional design-build contractor headquartered in Baltimore is in urgent need of an Accounts Payable professional to support a busy accounting department. This contract role is ideal for someone with construction/AP experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process hundreds of invoices weekly across multi-phase construction projects
• Validate Purchase Orders (POs) and subcontract billings
• Reconcile payments and maintain vendor files
• Assist with job cost accounting reports

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years Accounts Payable experience (construction industry required)
• Familiarity with accounting systems like Viewpoint, JD Edwards, or Sage
• High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
