Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the charge in growing our client base. In this role, you’ll generate and close new business opportunities, foster lasting client relationships, and sell a comprehensive suite of employment services—including recruiting, Employer of Record (EOR) services, and solutions to support international hiring and expansion. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building from the ground up and is excited to be part of a fast-growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their hiring and expansion goals and present tailored solutions.
  • Win new job orders and staffing engagements across a range of industries.
  • Sell Employer of Record (EOR) services and other global employment solutions to clients seeking to expand internationally.
  • Educate clients on our full suite of offerings: direct hire recruiting, contract staffing, international employment support, and compliance services.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities and track all activity in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and internal delivery teams to ensure excellent client experience and candidate delivery.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to identify new hiring needs or expansion opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably in the recruiting, HR services, or staffing industry.
  • Familiarity with Employer of Record (EOR) services and global workforce solutions is a strong plus.
  • Confident and professional communicator who can build trust with clients at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
