Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing day-to-day guidance, feedback, and performance management to drive individual and team success
- Partner with senior leadership to support recruiting strategy, hiring prioritization, team development, and execution against organizational goals
- Act as a subject matter resource for the team on recruiting processes, candidate strategy, and stakeholder communication to enhance overall effectiveness
- Support and lead special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned functions or business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through consistent communication, responsiveness, and delivery of results
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
- Oversee job requisition creation, postings, and recruitment marketing efforts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection through onboarding
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2–5 years of experience managing or leading recruiting teams
- Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., talent databases, professional networking sites, or similar technologies)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruitment software
