Our client, a high-impact brand and marketing agency, is seeking a strategic, business-minded marketing leader to join their executive team. This role is ideal for someone who approaches marketing through the lens of business growth, understands how to align marketing initiatives with key performance metrics, and can guide both clients and internal teams toward measurable success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic discovery sessions with clients to align marketing with core business objectives
• Develop frameworks that connect marketing strategies to revenue, market growth, and client KPIs
• Oversee delivery of all major client work, ensuring it aligns with measurable outcomes
• Translate marketing performance into clear, ROI-focused business reports
• Act as a strategic advisor and advocate for the client’s business goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation, accountability, and founder-level thinking
• Refine internal review and QA processes to elevate strategic alignment

Who You Are

• 5+ years in senior marketing strategy or leadership roles
• Proven track record of turning business goals into impactful marketing plans
• Strong business acumen and experience with KPI tracking and business reporting
• Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams
• Experience in an agency or consulting environment preferred
• Familiarity with digital marketing, brand management, and content strategy
