Centennial is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to join a Cincinnati-based organization specializing in commercial fleet graphics and transit advertising solutions. The ideal candidate is characterized by strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and comprehensive HR generalist skills. We are seeking someone who works with a high sense of urgency and has a proven track record in managing culture during times of growth.

RESPONSIBIILTIES


  • Develop and execute long-term HR strategies that align with growth goals and overall business objectives
  • Oversee scalable processes for talent acquisition, training, and the development/retention of a high-performing workforce
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of robust performance review systems
  • Implement KPIs to continually improve processes
  • Continuous review of policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and ability to adjust when necessary while adhering to standards
  • Lead change management strategies to successfully guide the company through growth phases, including acquisitions
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures meet legal and industry standards
  • Spearhead programs to nurture leadership skills across various levels within the organization
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging work culture that reflects the company’s values and strategic growth goals
  • Work closely with other executive team members to ensure HR strategies align with overall business objectives
  • Lead the design and management of innovative employee benefits and compensation plans


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in an executive leadership role
  • An expert in one or more HRIS
  • Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives in alignment with business growth
  • Experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Thorough understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Positive, energetic, and reliable
  • Collaborative work style
  • Takes ownership of being present and being prepared
  • Problem-solver who can swiftly address challenges
  • PE experience is preferred
