Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our Sharonville office. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, with office furniture sales experience being a bonus. You will play a key role in identifying target markets, understanding customer needs, and driving sales performance through effective communication and presentations. Training on our sales software will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Target Market: Research and identify potential markets and customer segments to target for sales opportunities.
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to enhance their office experience.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively demonstrating how our products can benefit their office environment.
• Product Explanation: Clearly explain the features and advantages of our products to customers, highlighting their benefits and value.
• Negotiate Sales Terms: Negotiate terms and conditions of the sale, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement between the company and the customer.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work towards achieving sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop and forecast sales plans to meet and exceed targets, adapting strategies as needed.
• Sales Reporting: Complete and maintain accurate sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform sales strategies.
• Create Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Strong Communication: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Drive and Motivation: Demonstrate a strong drive to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Desired Traits and Qualifications:

• Previous Sales Experience: Two years in a sales role, preferably in B2B environments. Experience in office furniture sales is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, deliver presentations, and build strong customer relationships.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Customer-Focused: Strong understanding of customer service principles with a proactive approach to solving problems and addressing client concerns.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-driven and accountable for personal performance.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Training on our sales software will be provided.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, services, and processes.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site at our Sharonville office.
