The Position:

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first impression for clients and guests—greeting them with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Reporting to the Financial Advisor, you’ll provide essential support to ensure every client interaction is seamless, whether in person, over the phone, or online. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others feel welcome, confident, and cared for.


Responsibilities


Client Experience & Communication: You will greet clients, visitors, and callers with professionalism and care, handle communications promptly with thoughtful follow-up, and serve as the first point of contact to identify needs, provide solutions, or connect them with the right team member.

Office & Meeting Support: You will maintain a professional and welcoming office environment, coordinate meeting logistics with prepared materials and set-up, and manage supplies, mailings, and gifts to ensure the team is equipped to serve clients well.

Administrative Support: You will prepare and maintain client paperwork with accuracy and confidentiality, support team members with administrative tasks, and track assignments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Marketing & Communication: You will keep the website and social media current with firm news and events while supporting print, mail, and online communication initiatives.

Team Engagement: You will participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of care and excellence while seeking ways to improve office processes and client experience over time


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED required; experience in insurance or investment products is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, proactive, and eager to learn (Obtain SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licensing within first 6 months.)
  • Ability to apply sound judgment, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment


Compensation & Benefits


  • $45,000–$55,000 annually
  • 10 days PTO, 5 sick days, and paid holidays
