The Dream Centers include a Women’s Clinic, Mary’s Home, and soon, a trauma-informed Early Care & Education Center. The Position:

The Associate Program Director supports and assists the Mary’s Home Program Director with programmatic oversight and administrative supervision. Specific areas under her authority are the Mary’s Home Academy, staff and volunteer professional development, and the measurement of Mary’s Home performance outcomes. 


Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervisory oversight of the Mary’s Home Academy which includes authority over curriculum design, scope and sequence, duration of classes, teacher recruitment and training, and assessment of student learning outcomes
  • Lead data and outcomes collection and reporting at Mary’s Home in line with the Mary’s Home values and outcomes principles, assuring accurate data is reported quarterly to all relevant stakeholders including Dream Centers executive team, Mary’s Home staff, and residents
  • Provide supervisory oversight to the Administrative Assistant, Data Manager, the MHA Volunteer Coordinator, the Mary’s Home Prayer Team Coordinator, and some interns
  • Interview for intern roles and some new staff roles, facilitating excellent onboarding of new staff members and interns
  • Manage camera system, alarm system, and software system Extended Reach, onboarding staff onto those systems and supporting with any issues that arise
  • Assure ongoing professional development for Mary’s Home staff and volunteers, collecting feedback on what would be most helpful and implementing training which will lead to best practices at Mary’s Home
  • Assist the Program Director with fostering healthy and supportive relationships and teamwork of staff, volunteers, mothers, donors, and service providers in the local community
  • Learn, understand, and adopt best practices and trauma-informed care for the mothers and children in residency at Mary’s Home. Incorporate these practices into the programs you oversee
  • Work with Program Director in researching best practices for the program and implementing strategic program development goals, partnering with the staff in change management
  • Uphold all ethical standards within the program through training, documentation, communications, and structure and assist with coaching staff, teachers, volunteers, and key stakeholders in these ethical standards
  • Work with Program Director and Chief Operations Officer to provide relational and technical support and guidance to staff in design and implementation of outcome and impact studies, methods, and reports
  • Attend and participate in Mary’s Home special events and tours, Dream Centers special events, and community networking meetings and events as the schedule allows


Requirements:

  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Management administrative experience and knowledge required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, Master’s in relevant field preferred
  • Experience in social work, case management, administration, leadership preferred
  • Certifications / Licensing: Obtain certifications in trauma-informed care and other relevant areas
  • Other Required Skills: Proficient in office management software, management reporting tools

  • $56-$66k, BOE
