The Position:
We’re looking for a driven, strategic OEM sales leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and takes full ownership of results. This is not a “maintenance” role—it’s a build, grow, and win role. You’ll work autonomously, identify and close high-value opportunities, and cultivate partnerships that propel Master Magnetics into new sectors. The ideal candidate is aggressive yet thoughtful, competitive yet collaborative, and ready to be a key player in our rapid growth strategy.
Responsibilities:

Own the OEM Sales Cycle – Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with manufacturers and strategic partners in target industries.

Drive Strategic Growth – Exceed ambitious sales targets through a focus on new business development and market expansion.

Build Market Influence – Cultivate executive-level relationships that lead to multi-year contracts and preferred vendor status.

Qualifications:

Proven OEM Sales Success – 7+ years in OEM sales with measurable wins in large, complex deals.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Expertise – Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, custom product integration, and OEM contracts.

- $120,000 – $150,000 plus uncapped bonus potential.
