Our client is seeking a Director of Pricing & Analytics to join their leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the company by developing enhanced product rate plans and advancing analytical capabilities across key areas of the business. The right candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of analysts, influence business decisions, and drive process improvements within pricing, claims, reserving, and marketing analytics. This is a key position for someone passionate about analytics and eager to make a lasting impact within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of analysts to conduct pricing reviews and data support for all lines of business.
• Recommend pricing strategies through in-depth rating analysis of property and casualty lines, including competitor rate structures.
• Oversee process improvement efforts and enhance analytical capabilities across the enterprise, including catastrophe exposure, reserve analysis, and reinsurance cost assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance actuarial duties.
• ACAS or FCAS designation.
