IDMC Developer- Offshore

We are seeking an Informatica IDMC Developer to drive the design, development, and optimization of cloud‑based data integration and data quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Hands on development of data integration and data quality solutions using Informatica IDMC (CDI, CDQ, Mass Ingestion, CDGC).

· Design and optimize cloud‑native data pipelines and workflows.

· Establish development standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.

· Collaborate with architects, analysts, and data stewards to translate business requirements.

· Mentor junior developers and coordinate with offshore/nearshore teams.

· Troubleshoot and resolve IDMC platform and pipeline issues.

· Support metadata governance, lineage, and catalog assets in CDGC.

Required Skills

· 3-5+ years of ETL/data integration experience.

· 3+ years hands-on with Informatica IDMC.

· Strong SQL and cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

· Background in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures.

· Experience with APIs, real-time integrations, and performance tuning.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Preferred

· Informatica or cloud certifications.

· Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or lakehouse platforms.

· Prior technical leadership or team lead experience.
