Department Description

Atradius IT Services (ITS) is part of the Atradius Group and is responsible for all worldwide ICT services for Atradius. ITS is a global operation with staff in 12 countries driving the digital transformation and a wide range of services, projects, vendors and outsourcing. 

Within ITS, our department takes center stage in empowering our digital marketing initiatives. Job Description

As a IT Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation. Your role is essential to our vision of leveraging the full potential of digital marketing, CMS solutions to serve our global Marketing & Communication departments. Your innovative mindset and technology expertise will be instrumental in optimizing processes, redesigning models and adapting IT architectures that drive our digital marketing initiatives. 

You will also coordinate projects with Business/IT stakeholders and implementation partners, ensuring the successful follow-up of projects. 

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in CMS projects

Experience in Magnolia CMS and Intranet SharePoint is required. Previous experience in CRM platforms and collaborative solutions like Microsoft VIVA would be an asset. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand digital marketing objectives and evaluate IT solutions that align with these goals.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Communication teams to implement CMS (internal and external) solutions and other digital marketing technologies.
  • Coordinate and manage international projects related to digital marketing initiatives, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
  • Act as point of contact with implementation partners, maintaining effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in digital marketing project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing and IT architecture, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Marketing & Communication teams to leverage IT solutions effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Act as a link between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies and CMS systems, SEO, Web analytics, Consent Management tools, …
  • Previous experience in providing technical guidance and support to Marketing/Communication teams for leveraging IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and implementation partners.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and IT architecture.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify process improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.
  • Preferable experience in international environments, with proven ability to work on CMS related projects across different regions and markets.
