Position Overview

Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of dedicated staff. You’ll ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in managing all hourly staff and restaurant operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Interview, hire, and train team members to maintain high standards.
• Handle administrative tasks, including banking and reporting.
• Lead your team with enthusiasm and a fun, outgoing personality.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
