BigFoot Staffing is partnering with a growing industrial products and ecommerce company to hire an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning revenue growth across multiple ecommerce platforms.


The Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will lead initiatives focused on increasing online revenue, improving conversion rates, optimizing customer experience, and supporting long-term customer retention strategies. This position works cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, customer service, and external agency partners to drive measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Ecommerce Growth & Revenue Strategy

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual ecommerce growth strategies
  • Drive revenue growth across multiple ecommerce websites and product categories
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value
  • Support initiatives to increase conversion rates, average order value, and overall site performance
  • Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and purchasing trends to identify growth opportunities


Site Optimization & Conversion Rate Improvement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product listings, site merchandising, and customer experience
  • Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
  • Ensure product pages are optimized for SEO, usability, and conversion performance
  • Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and ecommerce marketing initiatives
  • Work alongside developers and designers to implement site enhancements and testing strategies


Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Partner with paid media agencies to optimize paid search campaigns and support future paid social initiatives
  • Collaborate with email marketing teams to improve promotional campaigns, lifecycle marketing flows, and customer engagement strategies
  • Monitor and maintain online reputation management, reviews, and customer feedback programs
  • Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives designed to improve traffic and lead generation


Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor ecommerce KPIs including revenue, traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, and customer retention metrics
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Provide ongoing recommendations based on data analysis and campaign performance


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, operations, and customer service teams to support launches, pricing updates, and customer experience improvements
  • Coordinate with agency and internal creative teams on campaign assets and landing pages
  • Identify operational or customer friction points and recommend process improvements


Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience, preferably within B2B ecommerce environments
  • Proven experience driving measurable ecommerce revenue growth across large product catalogs
  • Hands-on experience with BigCommerce or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce technology, marketing automation, and digital marketing systems
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and data-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with platforms and tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, SEMrush, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, Hotjar, or feed management systems
  • Experience collaborating on paid search, SEO, and paid social marketing initiatives
  • Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and ecommerce best practices
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in industrial products, manufacturing, workplace safety, or related B2B industries is preferred
