BigFoot Staffing is hiring experienced Top Hands to support long-term wireless telecommunications projects. This role focuses on leading tower crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom equipment on towers and related structures. Ideal candidates are safety-driven leaders with strong climbing experience who can guide crews and set the standard on site.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site lead for tower crews during daily operations
• Perform and oversee the installation of new telecommunications towers and upgrades to existing structures
• Lead tower climbs and direct crew members during lifts, rigging, and installations
• Install and service antennas, feed lines, fiber optics, connectors, and related components
• Conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs) and enforce safety protocols throughout the workday
• Read and interpret construction prints, drawings, and work instructions
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with company and carrier safety standards
• Coordinate with crew members to meet project timelines and quality expectations
• Climb towers, lift up to 50 lbs., and work at heights for extended periods
• Work shifts up to 12 hours as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior tower climbing experience required; Top Hand or lead climber experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead crews and maintain safe work practices
• Comfortable working at heights in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
