BigFoot Staffing is hiring experienced Tower Technicians to support long-term wireless telecommunications projects. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom equipment on towers and related structures. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, hands-on, and experienced working at heights in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new telecommunications towers and assist with upgrades to existing structures
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on tower equipment
• Install and service antennas, feed lines, fiber optics, connectors, and related components
• Read and follow construction prints, drawings, and work instructions
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and jobsite procedures
• Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs., climb towers, and work at heights for extended periods
• Work shifts up to 12 hours as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior tower or telecommunications experience preferred
• Ability to climb towers and work at heights in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Authorized Climber / Rescuer
• Rigger / Signal / Capstan
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• CPR & First Aid
• Bloodborne Pathogens

• NWSA (50% of climbers required; preference for all)
