About the Opportunity:
As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing control systems for our advanced material handling technologies. This role is a blend of technical design, hands-on implementation, and collaboration with various teams including sales, installation, and clients. Your expertise will drive project success, ensuring systems are delivered on time and function flawlessly. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about engineering, eager to solve complex problems, and driven to contribute to our innovation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ of relevant experience in controls engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming (Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Siemens, Ignition).
- Experience with ACAD for electrical panel and schematic design.
- Knowledge of material handling environments, conveyors (Hytrol) and robotics.
- Willingness to work in Willowbrook office and travel 30% - 50%.
