Customer Success Manager 

Media: Elevate Brand Performance - Imagine being the driving force behind some of the biggest names in media, like Sirius XM and iHeart Radio, as you empower them to unlock the full potential of their campaigns. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the crucial link, transforming initial setup into ongoing, optimized performance. You'll spend your days immersed in two dynamic phases: first, meticulously setting up the technical backbone ensuring flawless data collection, and then, proactively managing campaign performance to ensure our clients achieve their ambitious goals. This isn't just about support; it's about being a strategic partner, ensuring our clients’ advertising dollars translate into measurable success and continuous growth within the vibrant media landscape.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Brings approximately 5+ years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably with a major media partner or attribution provider, with a strong emphasis on customer success.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of Marketing, Digital, CRM, Direct Marketing, Data Analytics, Agency, or Advertising.
  • Demonstrates a firm grasp of digital marketing concepts and the digital ecosystem, particularly around campaign tracking and performance.
  • Excels at verbal and written communication, building rapport effortlessly.
  • Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, managing multiple projects with ease.
  • Is a natural collaborator and influencer, always seeking win-win solutions.
  • Highly Preferred: Has working knowledge of how digital attribution functions in the audio or CTV space, and experience with Salesforce or similar marketing automation tools.
