What You’ll Do

• Create construction-ready plans using Autodesk Civil 3D, profiles, grading, and utility layouts.
• Assist engineers in designing sanitary systems, stormwater management, erosion control, and more.
• Revise drawings from markups and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
• Develop and manipulate surfaces, calculate volumes, and generate detailed cut-fill estimates.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Typically 3+ years of experience in civil/site land development commercial and municipal projects.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, especially 3D surfaces, corridors, pipe networks, and grading tools.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work onsite in Central Indiana and occasional overtime based on workload.
• A dependable, proactive approach to solving problems and delivering high-quality work.
