Senior Retail Consultant

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Experience in the retail or consumer products industries, or a consulting role serving these industries.
  • Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Store/Field Operations, Space Planning, Point of Sale Systems, Task Management, Store Labor Management, Clienteling, Inventory Management, or Omni Channel Fulfillment.
  • A proven track record of problem-solving, systems implementation, and client management.
  • The ability to travel 50% of the time and work at client sites.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills.
