Our client is seeking a Project Engineer who will play a vital role in supporting project managers and site leaders to ensure every detail of construction is thoughtfully coordinated and delivered. From bid preparation and permitting to submittals and quality documentation, this role offers hands-on experience across all phases of construction. What You’ll Do

• Partner with project managers during bidding: prepare bid invites, organize proposals, build bid tabs
• Assist in project setup: permits, licenses, contracts, and documentation
• Manage subcontractor submittals, RFIs, and product data through Procore
• Track, coordinate, and distribute all project information to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project logs: drawings, contracts, specs, quality reports, and testing documentation
• Support jobsite needs: requisition materials, order temporary facilities and signage
• Document field quality activities and prepare meeting minutes
• Coordinate operations and maintenance manuals for project closeout
• Develop professional relationships that expand the company’s network and future opportunities

Experience Needed

• BS in Construction Management, Building Construction, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with Procore and PDF annotation tools
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Apps
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator
