We will be adding an independent contract - sourcing recruiter to our team. 

  • This is a remote position. 
  • Work hours will need to match GMT Indianapolis Eastern Time Zone.

What you will do:

  • Research and source candidates via our ATS, LinkedIn, and other data sources via creating email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging campaigns managed within our ATS
  • Chat/text (SMS) with job applicants and candidates we re-engage
  • Develop sourcing campaigns using CRM for automation scripts for email, SMS, and phone
  • Source applicants via multiple professional and social networks and tools
  • Be strategic in how you source - think about your audience and how they want to be communicated with, considered, respected, etc. Also, think strategically about how to re-engage and nurture talent and build pipelines per position, per skillset, and per client.

Core competencies for this role are:

  • Communication – English written and verbal communication skills are very important for this role as you will be interfacing with candidates via chat/SMS, email, and phone.
  • Dependable - able to work evenings to align with U.S. daytime hours.
  • Tech Savvy – being technically curious and always wanting to find a better way to do things are important for our growth. Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and search engines, browsers, social media
  • Positive Attitude – you are a possibility thinker
  • College/university graduate is the ideal level for this role but is not required.


Technical skills and experiences needed:

  1. LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator
  2. ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) We use Loxo.co
  3. CRM - writing effective email, and text messages
  4. Laptop and internet connection
