You’ll be the trusted face of our home health and rehab services in Fort Myers, FL, building relationships, uncovering new referral sources, and ensuring more families have access to high-quality, compassionate care. This is a position for someone who thrives on connection, knows how to grow a territory, and wants their work to make a tangible impact.


Step into a role where every day you’re out in the community, meeting with physicians, rehab centers, and senior living facilities—helping people get the skilled care they need to heal at home. 


What You’ll Do

  • Educate providers and the community on in-home rehab and skilled care services
  • Grow referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, assisted/independent living facilities, physicians
  • Track activity and results to stay organized and ahead of goals
  • Use market data (Trella) to target high-potential partners and drive smart outreach
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding


What You Bring

  • 1+ years in B2B sales with connections in the area
  • 2+ years of experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare business development
  • Drive, confidence, and the ability to connect with people at every level
  • A strong understanding of healthcare and referral networks
  • Tech-comfortable and able to translate data into action
