What You'll Do
- Lead a wide range of quantitative pharma/health projects - think ATUs, segmentation, and demand studies
- Design effective surveys to meet client objectives
- Guide projects from setup through to final insights, working with external vendors when needed
- Craft compelling narratives that distil key findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Be a go-to contact for clients - presenting insights, running workshops, and building long-term partnerships

Act as the company's quantitative subject matter expert (SME), mentoring a largely qualitative-focused team and providing hands-on training
- Help raise the bar internally by refining processes and sharing new thinking
- Support new business efforts with fresh ideas, well-structured proposals, and occasional thought leadership content
- Strengthen client relationships through the delivery of high-quality work, with potential for long-term business development involvement.
- Develop marketing materials, including LinkedIn content.
- Drive best practices that enhance project execution while maintaining research standards
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in custom primary quantitative healthcare/pharma market research within a market research agency or consultancy
- End-to-end project expertise including survey design, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to serve as the company's subject matter expert (SME) in a primarily qualitative-focused environment
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing researchers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to grow capability and confidence
- Familiarity with AI tools preferred
- Strong communication skills - confident presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Track record of client engagement
- Experience working on global studies and collaborating across teams
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, DisplayR, or similar for data visualization
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring others
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities paired with a flexible, collaborative attitude
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in research processes
