Job Overview


As a Research Manager or Associate Director, you will be responsible for supporting and executing pharmaceutical market research that reflects the company's reputation as leaders in tech-led innovation. You will be capable of using the methods, platforms, and ways of thinking that the business prioritizes, and you will take day-to-day responsibility for helping to coordinate and deliver project work. You can confidently handle specific project tasks with minimal support from a Director. You are visible to clients, who rely on you to manage timelines, tasks, and next steps. You'll also begin building your own client portfolio and receiving RFPs independently.



What You'll Do

 

  • Execute primary custom qualitative market research across a variety of therapeutic areas.
  • Independently write screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, and debrief materials.
  • Moderate interviews and assist in moderating workshops with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Contribute to client presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring quality and timeliness across all deliverables.
  • Embrace and leverage the potential of technology and AI.
  • Support organic business growth by delivering high-quality work and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and account growth.


What You'll Bring

 

  • 4+ years of experience working on primary custom qualitative market research projects.
  • Background in pharmaceutical market research, gained within a market research agency or consultancy.
  • Ability to moderate interviews with both patients and healthcare providers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first focused approach.
  • Proven market research project management skills, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Clear and effective communicator with strong active listening skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player who can support the development of others.

Salary Range $95k to $125k, depending on skills and experience.
