Job Overview

The Research Director will lead and execute market research projects in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space while building strong client relationships that drive business growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and execute custom primary pharmaceutical and healthcare market research projects.
• Develop proposals, execute studies, and create visually appealing reports to present findings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and help contribute to new business development efforts.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of market research experience, gained at a market research supplier, with hands-on involvement across all aspects of a typical research study.
• Strong expertise in healthcare and pharmaceutical market research, including both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Proven ability to grow existing client accounts and build strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients.
• Experience contributing to new business development.
• A Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
