In this, Direct Hire, Design Manager position reporting directly to the Design Director, you will lead the interior design team in full project execution for the firm. The Design Manager will be responsible for managing a team with creative leadership to ensure project standards are met for the firm including client expectations and timelines. The ideal Design Manager has a passion for interior design and strong FF&E expertise along with exceptional leadership skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor & coach designers and serve as the business partner between the design team, procurement, project management and leadership team.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ Interior Design experience which includes strong FF&E design & execution
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
- Proven experience managing, coaching & mentoring designers – Big Plus
- Interior design portfolio of experience includes high-end hospitality, residential, multi-family and/or large scale design projects
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office
- You are an Exceptional Communicator & Leader who is brings a collaborative & creative mindset and keeps the team accountable
- You are an Organized “Self-Starter” that’s Professional & Proactive with the demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and high-attention to detail
- Must be willing to travel 4-5 weeks per year to support client projects/meetings
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Green Card holder – no sponsorships will be considered
