Total Compensation – 160K OTE 1st year - (80K base and uncapped commission paid monthly)
Background Profile:
- Must have at least 3 years of outside SaaS consultative/solution sales experience.
- Must have experience working for start-ups, either in the past or currently
- Experience creating/presenting on-line demos, with CRM systems, and cultivating leads via email, phone, and social media.
- *The majority of leads will be provided by BDR/SDR. This person will be doing 25% prospecting.
- Must have excellent communication, technical, and strong negotiation skills.
- Must be hungry to learn, have a positive attitude, and like to problem solve.
- Must be curious, ask questions, and have great listening skills.
- Must be a US citizen in order to be considered as no sponsorship is available for this role.
