Total Compensation – 160K OTE 1st year - (up to 75K-80K base and uncapped commission paid monthly)
As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business and growing subscription revenue through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling. You'll engage decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, and consistently achieve or exceed quota.

Background Profile:
- Must have at least 3 years of outside, B2B SaaS consultative/solution sales experience.
- Must have experience working for start-ups or small companies
- Experience creating/presenting on-line demos, with CRM systems, and cultivating leads via email, phone, and social media.
- *The majority of leads will be provided by BDR/SDR. This person will be doing 25% prospecting.
- Must have excellent communication, technical, and strong negotiation skills.
- Must be hungry to learn, have a positive attitude, and like to problem solve.
- Must be curious, ask questions, and have great listening skills.
- Must be open to working in-office 3-4 days a week.
- You have the ability to travel if needed.
