Overview

Designs, codes, debugs, tests, documents and implements Salesforce Health Cloud including application customizations and integration of other 3rd party vendor-supplied software. Provides functional and technical support in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator.

Collaborates with other department resources to support multiple system interfaces and data integration.

Monitors, defines, and reports on critical path workflows. Resolves issues or escalates issues as required.

Background Profile:

• U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
• 3+ years general application development and support experience
• 1 years’ hands on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
• 1 years’ experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices
• Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, REST
• Experience working in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutions
• Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences

Preferred

• 4 or more years of general application development and support experience skills
• 2 years' experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
• 2 years' experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• Aura framework and OmniScript
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technical experience working with healthcare systems or in a government contract systems environment
• Experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Einstein Analytics
