Mission:

Lead the innovation in natural food supplements to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing for individuals globally, aligning with our commitment to scientific excellence and natural efficacy.

Functions:

• Champion R&D efforts to ensure alignment with the strategic vision, focusing on the development of natural, effective, and scientifically backed health products.
• Facilitate collaboration between Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, and Project Management teams to enhance product development processes.
• Manage R&D projects within a CDMO framework, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness in product development.
• Utilize expertise in galenic forms such as tablets (single, bilayer, trilayer, tablet-in-tablet), capsules, and liquids to lead in product formulation and innovation.
• Foster a collaborative environment across departments, ensuring R&D efforts are integrated with the company’s broader goals.
• Report directly to the Global Technical Director and manage a team of R&D Technician professionals, overseeing the process from concept to product realization.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy Degree
• PhD or MSc in galenic development is a plus
• Proficient in English, with strong emphasis on effective spoken communication.
• Demonstrated team leadership abilities, with a track record of fostering collaboration and innovation within teams.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of €65,000 to €90,000 €
