Metrics Recruitment is seeking a Head of Marketing for a research-focused investment fund providing top-tier comprehensive support to pioneering blockchain developers. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English and Chinese) marketing professional with a strong background in web3 product & project marketing and brand development. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of multiple projects, including their flagship brand. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company and its various projects, targeting both English and Chinese-speaking audiences.
  • Build and enhance the brand identity of the company and its projects within the web3 space, focusing on driving traffic and engagement.
  • Manage and oversee multiple project branding efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns, content, and outreach initiatives.
  • Utilize your expertise in web3 marketing to establish partnerships and collaborations that amplify the company's presence.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, including the partnership with the Ethereum Foundation for EdCon, maximizing visibility and impact.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in web3 project marketing and brand building, with a track record of driving traffic and engagement.
  • Proficiency in event planning and execution, including partnerships with external organizations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of the blockchain and decentralized technology landscape is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international business needs.
