We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in test automation and a passion for building world-class user experiences across complex systems. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing team building the next generation of entertainment at the intersection of iGaming, sports betting, crypto, and creator-led media.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable automated test strategies for both frontend and backend systems—and is eager to lead the shift from manual to automated testing in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web apps and backend systems.
• Lead automation efforts for Next.js frontends and high-performance Golang-based backend systems.
• Develop testing strategies for REST APIs, gRPC, NATS messaging, and various databases.
• Own the QA pipeline—while continuing to refine and reduce manual testing over time.
• Collaborate with engineering to embed quality across the development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and resolve bugs efficiently in collaboration with developers.
• Stay up to date on emerging tools and QA best practices.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and drive a culture of quality and improvement.

What You Bring

• Automation-first mindset with deep experience testing modern web and backend systems.
• Solid experience with:
• Frontend: Next.js, web automation workflows.
• Backend: Golang, REST APIs, gRPC, and messaging systems like NATS.
• Databases: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database testing.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling manual-to-automated QA pipelines.
• Strong adaptability in fast-moving, rapidly evolving environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
