We’re looking for an AI Engineer / Security Researcher to join a technically elite, high-agency team. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of AI and crypto security focused on smart contract auditing, vulnerability detection, and the development of AI-driven tools to enhance blockchain safety.

You’ll play a foundational role in shaping both the company’s products and security culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a ground-floor opportunity to make a direct impact at a Series A–backed startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct smart contract audits and security assessments across multiple blockchain protocols.
• Develop AI/ML tools for vulnerability detection, threat modeling, and security automation.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering team to integrate AI-driven solutions into the company’s security pipeline.
• Stay current on emerging threats in crypto, DeFi, and AI security.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers or security interns.

Qualifications

• Strong background in crypto security, smart contract auditing, or blockchain development.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to security research is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Python, Solidity, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at solving complex technical challenges.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, technically rigorous startup environment.
