Due to rapid growth, they’re hiring someone to support key operational, research, and marketing efforts across the portfolio. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of on-chain execution, protocol research, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about DeFi, excited to work directly with top-tier crypto teams globally, and ready to contribute across multiple parts of the vault lifecycle.

Research & Protocol Engagement

  • Identify new protocols and engage with protocol teams to evaluate opportunities and risks
  • Monitor ecosystem news and synthesize insights
  • Assess technical requirements for integrating new chains, platforms, or vaults
  • Manage protocol and asset issuer relationships (e.g., contract updates, new reward terms)

Vault Operations

  • Monitor vault performance across platforms and chains
  • Plan and execute complex on-chain transactions (setup, exit, rebalancing, allocation changes, etc.)
  • Support onboarding vaults onto new platforms
  • Collaborate with restaking operators and internal teams (Tech, PM, DeFi Labs) to support automation and expansion

Marketing & Content

  • Contribute research and content for publishing on social and blog channels
  • Identify and highlight top-performing vaults for promotion
  • Support content creation for vault launches and protocol campaigns

Ideal Candidate

  • Direct experience in DeFi or crypto-native financial products
  • Confident executing complex on-chain transactions
  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable operating at a fast pace with shifting priorities
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • University graduate (technical or business background a plus)
