A next-gen DEX built on Sui, backed by top-tier Web3 investors, and integrated across leading protocols in the ecosystem. As they prepare for TGE and rapid scale, they’re looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused CMO to lead marketing, growth, and community across global markets.

What You’ll Own

• Define and execute the full-stack marketing strategy, brand, product, community, growth
• Lead go-to-market campaigns for token launches, partnerships, and new features
• Build and scale an elite marketing org (in-house + agency partners)
• Drive TVL growth, user acquisition, and retention
• Oversee all major channels: Twitter, Telegram, Discord, SEO, email, events, paid media
• Launch regional campaigns across Asia, LatAm, and MENA
• Collaborate with local communities, KOLs, and influencers
• Lead strategic content across thought leadership, education, and creator activations
• Own performance metrics and continuously optimize for CAC and ROI

Who You Are

• 5+ years of Web3/crypto marketing experience (DeFi strongly preferred)
• End-to-end experience taking a protocol from Pre-TGE → Post-TGE
• Fluent in tokenomics, DEX mechanics, and Layer 1 ecosystems (especially Sui)
• Demonstrated success launching in global and regional markets
• Strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and performance agencies
• Data-driven, creative, and deeply connected to Web3 culture
• Comfortable leading cross-functional efforts and managing remote teams
• Thinks and operates like a founder
