What You’ll Do
- Oversee all internal and external finishes on high-quality residential projects.
- Coordinate and supervise finishing trades to ensure workmanship meets premium standards.
- Conduct frequent site walk-throughs to monitor progress and ensure finishes align with plans and specifications.
- Identify, track, and complete finishing tasks to deliver a polished, handover-ready product.
- Work collaboratively with site management, trades, and clients to maintain clear communication and timely outcomes.
- Ensure all works comply with safety requirements, quality expectations, and company processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on residential construction projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless finishes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate multiple trades.
- Ability to read and interpret residential plans, finish schedules, and specifications.
