We are looking for a committed HSE Coordinator with specific experience in high-rise residential projects to join our client's team. If you are passionate about construction safety and proactive in promoting health and environmental awareness, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor company health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance at our high-rise residential construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to manage potential safety hazards effectively.
- Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans and initiatives.
- Coordinate with project managers and other construction staff to promote and integrate safety measures.
- Organize and lead safety training sessions for site personnel.
- Prepare and maintain reports on accidents and violations and determine their causes; recommend preventive measures.
- Stay updated with all applicable HSE regulations and ensure all aspects of site operations adhere to legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HSE Officer in the high-rise residential construction industry.
