We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee either an aged care, industrial or education project. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of aged care, industrial, and education builds from planning through to handover
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project objectives
Monitor timelines, budgets, contracts, and procurement schedules
Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS regulations, and quality standards
Resolve issues swiftly and effectively, keeping the project on track
Maintain strong communication with clients, senior management, and site personnel
Drive team performance, safety culture, and continuous improvement on site
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing aged care, institutional, education, or industrial projects
Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Sound understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and cost control
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Exceptional problem-solving and communication capabilities
