Brisbane Based Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join a major construction group delivering landmark projects in Brisbane. This is a chance to work on a high-profile development, leading the structural delivery of one of the city’s most exciting builds. You’ll oversee the structural trades across concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and core builds. You will be accountable for ensuring structural works are delivered to program, quality, and safety standards, while coordinating subcontractors and liaising closely with the project leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of structural works (slabs, columns, cores, post-tensioning, etc.)
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and structural crews on site
• Monitor progress against program milestones, ensuring deadlines are met
• Maintain strong site safety compliance and quality assurance procedures
• Work collaboratively with Site Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Structures Foreman on large commercial, high-rise, or mixed-use developments
• Strong technical knowledge of concrete structures and high-rise methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple crews and subcontractors under pressure
• Clear communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Trade background or engineering knowledge highly regarded
