Site Supervisor Opportunity

Oversee Daily Operations on $10m–$70m Projects

Toowoomba, QLD

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial and industrial builds. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise trades, subcontractors, and labourers on site.
• Monitor progress against program and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication with project management.

About You

• Trade background or relevant construction qualifications.
• Previous experience supervising commercial projects ($10m+ ideal).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proven leadership and organisational skills.
