We are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a leading construction group delivering landmark developments across Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile project that will shape the city skyline. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the finishing trades and ensuring quality delivery across all interiors and detailed works. You’ll play a key role in driving program outcomes, maintaining safety standards, and delivering the project to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate finishing trades on site (interiors, fit-off, joinery, tiling, painting, etc.)
• Monitor quality of finishes, ensuring compliance with design specifications and company standards
• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to maintain program deadlines
• Enforce site safety, compliance, and QA procedures
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

About You

• Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman on large commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise projects
• Strong eye for detail with a passion for high-end finishes
• Ability to drive program outcomes and manage multiple trades simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Trade background in carpentry, joinery, or similar (preferred)
