Brisbane Based Opportunity

We are partnering with our client to recruit an experienced Site Manager to help deliver major commercial construction projects across South East Queensland. This site-based role involves working between the Brisbane office and multiple project locations, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain program and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against project objectives.
• Establish, maintain, and update the construction program to meet milestones.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to the site team.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering large commercial construction projects valued between $50M–$150M.
• Current Open QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
• Advanced understanding of WHS legislation and practical on-site safety principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams effectively.
• High-level knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and common site challenges.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
