Gemco is actively seeking Site Managers willing to relocate to the Gold Coast area. We specialise in placing Site Managers with Tier 1-3 builders across Queensland. We are looking for proactive individuals with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in construction management.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and project scheduling.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work site.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Solid project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
