Site Foreman – Structures Wanted
Multi-Storey Residential Project
Moreton Bay region based
We are seeking a Site Foreman with solid experience in structural works for multi-storey residential projects to join our client’s established team on their project in the Moreton Bay region. This role will see you working as part of a team on a medium rise residential development, playing a critical role in productivity, planning, and risk management across the key pillars of Time, Safety, Cost, and Quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site logistics and labourers
- Support structural delivery and assist with short-term planning
- Communicate effectively with trades and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Maintain a solutions-driven mindset and proactive problem solving
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project milestones and quality benchmarks
Qualifications & Requirements
- Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management (essential)
- QBCC Builder's Open Licence (Supervisor or Builder)
- Valid Construction White Card and Driver’s Licence
- Full-time availability with immediate start preferred
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Passion for building and contributing to team success
