We’re seeking an enthusiastic Construction Graduate ready to take the next step in their construction career. Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, and industry mentors, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across all phases of construction — from planning and procurement through to delivery and handover.
This is a rare chance to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to standout projects in the heart of the Gold Coast.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with site coordination, scheduling, and daily project administration
- Support quality assurance, safety checks, and onsite documentation
- Help interpret plans, drawings, and technical documentation
- Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Participate in project reporting, cost tracking, and procurement tasks
- Contribute to team meetings, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
About You
- A recent or soon-to-be graduate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
- Passion for the construction industry and delivering high-quality results
- Current driver’s licence
- Previous placement or site experience (highly regarded but not essential)
